How Can I Cancel My Little Spoon Orders?

How to cancel your Little Spoon plan

We're sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving the Little Spoon family. Your experience and satisfaction are very important to us, and we're here to help with any concerns or questions you might have. Here's how you can cancel if you decide to:

*Before You Cancel:

  • Reach Out: If there's an issue with your order or account, or if there's anything we can do to improve your experience, please email our Care Team at [email protected]. We value your feedback and are dedicated to making things right for you and your family.

Canceling Your Account:

  1. Navigate to Your Account: Log in to your Little Spoon account and go to the "My Products and Orders" section.

  2. Edit Your Product Type: Look for the "edit" button next to the product you're cancelling. Clicking this will give you the option to pause or cancel your account.

  3. Refreshing the Page: If you don’t immediately see the "edit" button, try refreshing your page. It should appear next to your plans after reloading.

  4. Multiple Products: If you have more than one product setup to receive ongoing orders, please note that each needs to be canceled individually to fully stop all deliveries.
