Some Lunchers contain soy, milk, wheat, and peanuts. Be sure to read the nutrition labels if you're avoiding any of these ingredients.
If you're only worried about nuts, we would suggest skipping only the PB Jammies, since all of our other Lunchers are peanut and nut free. However, we do not recommend our product if there is a severe allergy. We have the highest food safety practices, but cannot guarantee there may not be a small risk of cross contamination.
