Remove the sleeve from the Biteables tray

Place the sealed tray in the microwave

Don’t remove or puncture the Freshlock film - this helps retain moisture and ensures even heating properly

Microwave on high for 60 seconds. It’s totally normal for the Freshlock seal to inflate with steam during microwaving, and you may hear popping noises as the food heats

Once heating is complete, let the tray rest in the microwave for 1-2 minutes

Carefully remove the seal, while being cautious of the steam

Always check the temperature before feeding your child to ensure it's not too hot
