Here’s how to cook Biteables using a microwave:

Remove the sleeve from the Biteables tray. Place the sealed tray in the microwave. Don’t remove or puncture the Freshlock film, which helps retain moisture and ensures even heating.

Microwave on high for 60 seconds. It’s totally normal for the Freshlock seal to inflate with steam during microwaving, and you may hear popping noises as the food heats.

Once heating is complete, let the tray rest in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove the seal, being cautious of the steam. Always check the temperature before feeding your child to ensure it's not too hot.
