Preparation:
Remove the sleeve from the Biteables tray.
Place the sealed tray in the microwave. Ensure you do not remove or puncture the Freshlock film, which is designed to retain moisture and ensure even heating.
Heating:
Microwave on high for 60 seconds. For specific items like our Shredded Fajita Chicken, Roast Turkey and Gravy, and Rosemary Chicken, we recommend an additional 10 seconds, microwaving on high for a total of 1 minute and 10 seconds.
It's normal for the Freshlock film to inflate with steam during microwaving, and you may hear popping noises as the food heats.
After Cooking:
Once heating is complete, let the tray rest in the microwave for 2 minutes to allow the temperature to stabilize.
Carefully remove the film, being cautious of the steam.
Always check the temperature before feeding your child to ensure it's comfortably warm and not too hot.
Note: These instructions are based on a 1000 watt microwave and assume the Biteables are fully thawed before cooking.
